He helped us address the chief concerns immediately, and directed us on addressing much smaller, less significant issues. For example, we showed Will an old bath faucet with very slow leak. He said he could replace it yet advised us to wait until we finalized a planned bathroom remodel in the next year. We watch for honesty and integrity in service people, and Will demonstrated that. Overall we agreed on a plan of priority projects and he got right to work, ultimately getting a helper (Austin) and the pieces and parts for repairs. It was very hot and he worked hard up in our attic, on the floor in front of a toilet and sink, and even outside for a bit. He got everything done.
