The representative’s tone became slightly defensive when I asked follow-up questions, which made the interaction uncomfortable. It felt like they were more focused on ending the call than actually helping solve the issue. Basic customer service elements—like confirming my name, address, or contact details—were completely overlooked. I had to repeat my problem more than once, which suggested they weren’t paying attention the first time. There was no attempt to offer solutions, schedule service, or guide me through next steps. When I asked about availability, the answer was unclear and lacked any sense of urgency or care. By the end of the call, I felt frustrated, unheard, and unsure if I even wanted to move forward with the company. Overall, the experience came across as disorganized, inattentive, and lacking the professionalism you would expect when dealing with something as important as a plumbing issue."
